Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Zetta Global Trip & Facility Management LLC services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before entering into any service agreements.
Service Agreement Terms
Engagement Process
- All services are subject to availability and formal agreement
- A signed service contract is required before commencement of any services
- Payment terms are defined within the individual service agreement
- Service confirmation will be sent via email
- Property access details must be provided as requested
Payment Terms
- Deposits may be required as outlined in the service agreement
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or cheque
- All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change until service agreement is signed
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges
- 45+ days before service start: 10% of contract value
- 30-44 days before: 25% of contract value
- 15-29 days before: 50% of contract value
- Less than 15 days: 75-100% of contract value
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
- Bank charges may apply
- Original payment method will be credited
- Service-specific terms may apply
Service Conditions
SIRA Compliance
Zetta Global Trip & Facility Management LLC operates in full compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) regulations and all applicable UAE laws governing facility management services.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises for service execution. Zetta provides all necessary equipment and trained personnel but is not liable for pre-existing property conditions.
Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions on the premises. We reserve the right to suspend services if safety requirements are not met or if conditions endanger our staff.
Liability & Limitations
Zetta Global Trip & Facility Management LLC maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided under the specific agreement.
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, client-side access issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved through Dubai courts or arbitration as appropriate.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future service agreements. Existing agreements remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of signing.
